How does the summit work?

The summit lasts from October 18-20. Each morning around 8am CT you'll receive an email with a link to the sessions for that day. Those sessions will be available for 24 hours before they expire. When they expire, you'll get a brand new round of 8 more sessions! All sessions are recorded so you can watch them anytime it works for you during the 24 hours they're available. 

 

I don't think I've gotten an email about the summit.

If you registered and haven't seen an email about the summit, try using the search feature in your email program to look for a message from hello@potentialistagency.com (check your junk and spam folders too).

 

How do I upgrade to the All Access Pass?

To upgrade to the All Access Pass, click this link. The All Access Pass gives you lifetime access to the session recordings, exclusive speaker bonuses, and more!

 

I forgot my password.

If you're an All Access Pass member and forgot your password, go to www.createdwithpotential.com. On that page, you'll see a section with the heading "Log In" and at the bottom of that section (underneath the "Submit" button) you'll see the words "Forgot Password." Click that link and you'll be able to reset your password.

 

How do I get to the member area for my All Access Pass?

Just go to createdwithpotential.com and log in using the email and password you created when you purchased your pass. Forgot your password? See how to reset it in the section above this one.

 

I can't remember if I signed up for the All Access Pass

If you signed up for the All Access Pass, you received an email from hello@potentialistagency.com when you did so with the words "Purchase Confirmation" in the subject. You can search for "hello@potentialistagency.com" in your email program to find your confirmation email. If you don't have this email, then you didn't purchase an All Access Pass (check your junk/spam folders too). You can still purchase a pass at thebreakingfreesummit.com.  

 

What is the schedule for the summit?

Each morning from Oct 18-20 around 8am CT, you'll receive an email with links to the sessions for the day. Once you do, you'll have 24 hours to watch the day's sessions before they expire. Each session is about 15 minutes long. You can pick and choose the ones you want and then watch them when it's convenient for you.

 

I want to view sessions that are expired.

Each day's sessions are available for 24 hours. If you'd like to view them after they've expired, you can purchase an All Access Pass at thebreakingfreesummit.com.

If you've already purchased an All Access Pass, you can still see all of the sessions by going to createdwithpotential.com and logging in using the email and password you created when you purchased your pass. Forgot your password? See the section on this page about how to reset it.

 

Is any of the summit live?

No, all of the sessions are recorded so you can watch them at your convenience during the 24 hours each session is available.

 

Can I share the sessions with a friend?

Sure! Just send them the link to thebreakingfreesummit.com. They can sign up and watch the sessions for free until the summit ends on October 20th or they can purchase the All Access Pass.

 

The videos won't play for me. 

If the videos won't play for you, try switching to a different device (ex: your computer instead of your phone). If you're on your computer, try switching to a different internet browser (Google Chrome often works best). If neither of those work, close out of the summit and try again in a few minutes to see if your internet connection improves. 

 

Do the videos have closed captions?

The videos don't have closed captions but you can generate your own by using the Google Chrome browser. This support article will walk you through how to do so.
